Manufactured by Faries Manufacturing Co. of Decatur, IL. Circa 1910 to 1915, most likely model #3068. Glass is in perfect shape inside and out, brass has nice patina, slate base has one small chip, pictured. perfect working, original condition, original cord. A real beauty! $425 as-is.
